🍴 Food Recommendation: Pokémon Cafe ☕️

Pokémon Cafe has branches in both Tokyo and Osaka, Japan. It is famous for being hard to book; usually, reservations open one month in advance, but it is very difficult to secure a spot then. Alternatively, you can try booking one day in advance—I was very lucky to get a reservation just one day before.

There are tables categorized as A, B, and C. In the morning, there are three time slots: Table A at 10:10 am, Table B at 10:25 am, and Table C at 10:40 am. Tables A and B are standard 2-person or 4-person tables, while Table C might be a bar counter. Seating is arranged based on the order of reservation. Table A seats are closer to the Pokémon interaction area, Table B seats are in the middle, and Table C seats are further back, but the bar counter at Table C is positioned more forward than regular tables. Since each dining session lasts only 90 minutes, customers from the three different time slots will interact with Pokémon together.

Pokémon Cafe has a limited food selection, only a few items, but you can choose food that comes with Pokémon merchandise. I chose drinks that come with a glass and a thermos cup—these two products are exclusive to Pokémon Cafe.
