Needing convenient transfer from airport to Tsim sha tsui .
Looks like A25 meets our needs , door to door no line changes etc
The question is , can you take luggage on this bus , we will have 3 largish suitcases , is baggage allowed ?
Thanks
The A25 bus is part of the Airport Bus network in Hong Kong and provides a direct route from Hong Kong International Airport to Tsim Sha Tsui, which is convenient for travelers who prefer a single transfer without changing lines. It is a popular option for those carrying luggage, but there are some practical considerations.
Luggage policy and practical tips:
- Yes, you can bring luggage on the A25 bus. The buses are equipped with luggage racks or storage areas near the doors, designed to hold suitcases and travel bags.
- For three large suitcases, it is generally manageable, but space is shared with other passengers’ bags, so it may be tight during peak hours.
- It is recommended to board early to secure space for your luggage. Avoid boarding during rush hours (early morning or late afternoon weekdays) if possible.
- Keep smaller or carry-on items with you, as seating space may be limited.
Additional tips:
- Have your Octopus card or cash ready for payment to speed up boarding.
- If your suitcases are unusually large or heavy, consider taking a taxi or airport shuttle as an alternative, as this may be more comfortable for a group with multiple large bags.
- The journey usually takes around 50–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions, so plan your schedule accordingly.
Overall, the A25 bus is suitable for travelers with luggage, but careful planning regarding the number of suitcases and boarding time will ensure a smoother experience.
