Villa rental Disney World area.

Hi there, 2 family's planning on flying from UK, and renting villas for the 2 weeks. Does anyone know any rental website that would have two Villa that are beside each other? We've tried Airbnb but struggling to get two villas/houses that are close to each other. (Or is there an option for this on Airbnb that Ive missed?)

Many thanks.

Finding two villas right beside each other near Walt Disney World is absolutely possible — but it’s usually easier through dedicated Orlando villa communities and specialist rental agencies rather than Airbnb. Many of the large vacation home resorts (Windsor Hills, Windsor Island, Emerald Island, Solara, ChampionsGate, Solterra, Reunion, etc.) have dozens or even hundreds of homes owned by different hosts, and many management companies operate multiple side-by-side homes on the same street. Airbnb does not have a built-in filter for “adjacent houses,” so it becomes difficult unless the same host owns both homes.

The good news is that several reputable villa-rental sites and companies in the Disney area offer “side-by-side” or “nearby homes” bundles, and these are your best bet when traveling as two families.

Here are the most reliable ways to book two villas next to each other:

  • Use Orlando villa specialist agencies — Many property managers in Kissimmee/Davenport operate clusters of homes in the same resort and can guarantee adjacent or same-street villas if available. They can also check availability manually if you message them.
  • Filter by resort community — Pick one resort (e.g., Windsor Hills) and search only within that community across multiple booking sites. Homes are often only steps apart even if not literally next door.
  • Contact the resort’s management company — Some resorts allow you to book “unit A + unit B” directly by request.
  • Look for multi-property hosts — On Airbnb/VRBO, click a host’s profile. If the host manages several villas in the same subdivision, message them; they can often coordinate two homes close together.

Recommended platforms/agencies that frequently offer side-by-side villas or multi-home clusters near Disney:

  • VRBO — Better than Airbnb for whole-home communities. Use “Hosted by [name]” to find hosts with multiple homes in the same development.
  • Top Villas — Large inventory in Reunion, Solara, ChampionsGate, and often has neighboring villas that can be booked together.
  • Magical Vacation Homes — Manages many adjacent homes in Reunion Resort and Windsor Hills; they can place your group in side-by-side properties.
  • Global Resort Homes — Very common for paired homes in Windsor Hills, Windsor Island, and Solterra.
  • VillaDirect — Long-established Kissimmee company with multiple clusters of neighboring villas.
  • Reunion Vacation Homes / Florida Vacation Homes & Villas — Good for luxury homes; many are next to each other.

Best resort communities for finding “next-door or very close” villas:

  • Windsor Hills (closest popular villa resort to Disney) — Many side-by-side homes, especially the 5- and 6-bedroom streets.
  • Windsor Island Resort (newer, lots of identical homes lined up) — Very easy to find next-door villas.
  • ChampionsGate (The Retreat) — Rows of nearly identical villas; management companies often have several on the same street.
  • Solterra Resort — Many villas managed by the same companies; good for large groups.
  • Reunion Resort — Higher-end but many multi-property managers own adjacent luxury homes.

A step-by-step approach that works well for UK families planning two weeks:

  • Pick your preferred resort (Windsor Hills / ChampionsGate / Solara etc.).
  • Check a professional villa agency’s inventory first.
  • Ask them directly for a “side-by-side villa booking” for your dates.
  • Once they confirm which villas are adjacent, you can lock them both in under one reservation or two connected reservations.
  • As a backup, search VRBO for multiple listings from the same host inside that resort and ask if they have neighboring options.

In short: You haven’t missed anything on Airbnb — there’s simply no filter to find neighboring houses there. Your best chance is through villa specialists that manage groups of homes in the same resort.
