I looked up the dress code for Citricos and it basically says wear what's appropriate. Can you wear long jeans that aren't torn? Khakkis is a choice too I guess.
Citricos at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is considered a signature dining restaurant, so the dress code is “resort casual.” This is fairly flexible, but the goal is to look neat and put-together rather than overly casual.
For men, long jeans that are not torn are perfectly acceptable. Khakis or dress slacks are also a good choice. A collared shirt, such as a polo or button-down, is recommended. Shorts can be acceptable during the day, but they should be tailored and neat.
For women, dresses, skirts, nice pants, or long jeans are all fine. Tops should be neat and not overly casual like tank tops or athletic wear. Comfortable but polished footwear is appropriate; flip-flops are generally discouraged in signature restaurants.
Essentially, your long jeans are fine as long as they are in good condition. Pairing them with a nice top and appropriate shoes will ensure you meet the “resort casual” expectations.
