Xuankong Fa Temple is located in Nanxi District, Tainan City, near the Zengwen Reservoir. It is a well-known Buddhist holy place. The temple was built in 1992 after believers divided the incense from Ling'en Zhugong Temple in Taipei City in 1988. The temple is landscaped with "five-needle pine", "petrified jade" and "strange rocks", making it feel like being in a park, without the solemn atmosphere of ordinary religions. There is a piece of "Buddha Heart Seal Holy Stone" in the temple. It was transported from Hualien in eastern Taiwan after three days and three nights. It weighs 152 tons and adds to the unique Buddhist temple style of Xuankong Fa Temple. It is also the treasure of Xuankong Fa Temple. There is also a "Great Wisdom Wheel" about three stories high, which is brightly colored. The stone ball is engraved with golden dragons, auspicious clouds and images of the "Eight Immortals". The round shape represents perfection, and there are eight mythological races headed by heaven and dragon on it. There are many Buddhist-related art installations scattered throughout the temple gardens. In addition to believers who come to worship, this place also attracts many people who come here to visit.
