Kyauk Daw Kyi

This place is just up the road from where I live, so I go regularly as it provides a peaceful location for a stroll. The pagoda sits on a small hill up towards the airport, worth visiting if you are passing by on your way to the airport or northwards out of town, but maybe not worth a visit if you are staying in downtown. (It can take between 40-60 minutes to get here from downtown.) The highlight is the large marble statue, which is in a reflective glass case which making it difficult to photograph.
