Hotel advice among Sheraton, Renaissance, and Hyatt Regency

I am planning a 3 night visit to Hong Kong with my family of 4, including 2 teenage girls.

They are now old and big, so I'm guessing I'll be needing 2 standard rooms, especially in Hong Kong.

We've been to Hong Kong 8 years ago, so I don't have recent experience, but been to Hong Kong couple more time before that.

We're planning for a day visit to Disneyland, and other schedules will probably involve shopping and visiting popular destinations.

I am planning to pay a bit more and get Harbour view rooms.

To have easier random walking, shopping, and dining around the hotel, I was judging between Sheraton Hong Kong and Hyatt Regency TST initially, but in process, Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour came to my attention. These hotels are in similar budget and ratings, so actual advice from local experts will be appreciated.
